Another fantastic release from Quivet is the Pellet Vineyard Cabernet. This opens to aromas of blackberries and blueberries, which are layered with tilled-soil, spices, herbs, roasted coffee and tobacco. This is medium to full-bodied with a lovely, velvety texture that glides effortlessly across the palate. It shows remarkable overall balance with incredible sense of freshness as it heads into the finish where it leaves behind flavors of coffee, earth and spices.
