The 2021 Steltzner Vineyard Cabernet delivers aromas of black cherries and cassis, along with wet stones, licorice, spices and mint. On the palate this is medium to full-bodied, beautifully structured with nicely polished tannins, and layered with a soft, velvety mouthfeel. It goes on to impress with wonderful freshness all the way through the finish. Excellent now, but allow this some time to become even more compelling.
