The 2021 Beckstoffer Dr. Crane Cabernet is drop-dead gorgeous wine from Myriad. It opens to intense aromatics of blueberry compote, blackberries, dark cherries which are accented by violets, gravel, dark chocolate, licorice and hints of mint. On the palate this is full-bodied layered an incredibly concentrated. It offers loads of ripe black and blue fruits that emerge from its core and linger through the long finish. This is a big time Napa, Cabernet, that has both power and poise.
