The 2020 ‘La Bam’ from Beckstoffer Las Piedras is a fantastic wine from the vintage. It displays a darker profile, with blueberries, dark currants, graphite, florals, black licorice, loam and crushed gravel all bursting from the glass. This possesses a gorgeous full body that is beautifully structured and balanced. The plush, seamless texture is concentrated with a sweet core of ripe dark and blue fruits, which are framed by dark chocolate and loam nuances which leave a lasting impression on the finish. The La Bam is already very expressive and a pleasure to drink today, however the best is yet to come.
