Tenuta Nuova is always on of the top wines from the region and there is no exception in 2018. This is a beautiful Brunello which is classy and refined. It begins to impress with its vivid aromas of raspberries, plums and dark cherries along with spices, leather, orange zest, juniper berries, floral, eucalyptus and minerals all taking shape in the glass. On this palate this is beautifully structured and displays wonderful overall balance and focus, leading into the long, lingering finish. While this is already extremely appealing today, the Tenuta Nuova Brunello is built for the cellar and will evolve beautifully for years to come.
