The 2021 Ka-Sher Chardonnay has changed the game for Kosher wine. This is a drop dead gorgeous Chardonnay that should not be missed. It offers gorgeous aromas of Asian pear, honeysuckle, pineapple and lemon zest, with nuances of crushed almond, vanilla, sea spray and minerals all emerging beautifully from the glass. The palate is simply gorgeous, showing a rich, textured mouthfeel that is underlined by a wonderful saline character and bright acidity that cuts through on the finish. This is fantastic bottle of Chardonnay that is showing beautifully today.
