The 2022 Desert Wind Vineyard Rosé by Valo is made from 100% Tempranillo. It’s cold fermented and then aged 100% stainless steel, which brings a zippy mouthfeel and a lovely density. Dry, with a brilliant neon pink-salmon color in the glass, it gifts notes of white nectarine, Meyer lemon, and a touch of strawberry alongside shades of chalky mineral and saline.
