The 2021 'Her Majesty's Secret Service' composed from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon that is sourced from blocks M5, M6 of the famous Stagecoach Vineyard. It is a drop dead gorgeous wine that begins with bold aromas of ripe blueberries, blackberries and boysenberries, which come together with nuances of graphite, gravel, spices, lavender and hints of melted licorice all adding wonderful complexities. On the palate this is simply stunning, boasting a gorgeous full body that is deep, layered and beautifully polished. This continues to impress with its striking overall balance, concentration and wonderful opluent texture that glides seamlessly through the long multi-dimensional finish. While this is already remarkable at this early age, it should also has the potential to evolve beautifully for decades.
