The 2021 'Founder's Reserve' Cabernet Sauvignon begins to impress seductive aromas of dark currants and blueberries that are woven together with spices, dusty gravel, violets, graphite and fresh violets that all take shape and emerge beautifully from the glass. On the palate this possesses a gorgeous textural richness with remarkable overall balance and structure. Beautifully polished tannins lead the way as this displays excellent depth and concentration with lovely underlying acidity keeping it fresh and inviting through the opulent finish. This is already showing fantastic and should also go on to have a long, graceful evolution ahead.
