The 2021 Edoroa Vineyard 'Peak' Cabernet Sauvignon is a fantastic showing. Sourced from blocks EV5 and EV14 of the Edcora Vineyard, this beautifully made Cabernet releases stunning aromatics of black cherries and black raspberries which are laced with nuances of fresh sage, florals, tobacco, charcoal, roaste coffee and sweet spices that all develop beautifully. on the palate this is just as impressive, offering a full body, with wonderful energy incredible overall structure and balance. It shows excellent depth and concentration as it flavors of dark berries, sweet spices, herbs and coffee continue to build up to the long polished finish. There is so much to love about this wine today, but it should also thrive in the cellar for readers looking to enjoy this with a decade or more of bottle age.
