The 2021 Denali Estate Cabernet Sauvignon is superb. This beings to impress as it offers bold aromas of ripe dark currants and blueberries followed by mocha, spring florals, loam, gravel and dried herbs that all come together beautifully in the glass. On the palate this is full-bodied and structured with massive tannins that grip a firm hold. It goes on to impress with its layers of gorgeous ripe dark fruits, sweet spices and mocha that all continue to build up to the incredibally long finish. This is excellent today, but should also cruise in the cellar for at least two decades.
