The 2021 Sleeping Lady Vineyard Cabernet Franc is another brilliant showing in this vintage. It instantly impresses with it gorgeous aromatics of black cherries, black raspberries and crème de cassis that is accented by fresh violets, wild herbs, licorice, loam and a touch of crushed gravel all coming together beautifully. On the palate this is full-bodied, incredibaly round and polished as it doses out layers of delicious ripe red and dark fruits. It possesses an outstanding overall balance along with fantastic underlying acidity that provides incredible freshness. The finish is long and voluptuous, leaving behind a mouthful of delicious dark and red fruits and fresh floral flavors lingering. This is absolutely fantastic now, and will be ready to enjoy on release.
