The 2020 Happy Canyon Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon is a brighter, more vivid style. It offers of aromas of boysenberries, black raspberries and cranberry that are accented by black tea, iron, spices, wet leaves and florals that all come together in the glass. The palate is full-bodied with incredible freshness and excellent overall balance. It goes on to impress with its velvety texture and gorgeous sweet ripe red and dark fruits that are surrounded by a sappy core. This is drinking fantastic now, but should also evolve beautifully over the course of the next decade.
