The 2021 Proprietary Red is composed of 75% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Malbec, 7% Cabernet Franc and 3% Petit Verdot. It is absolutely delicuous from the first sip as it immediately delives an inviting aromatic profile of ripe blackberries, blueberries and black cherries, which are accented by spices, savory herbs, tobacco, licorice, mocha and shades of loamy nuances all coming together beautifully in the glass. On the palate this is full-bodied and voluptous, with no hard edges. It possesses a wonderful soft, layered texture and notable depth as it delivers loads of scrumptious ripe dark fruits through the seamless finish.
