The 2022 Bourgogne Aligoté begins with inviting aromas of sliced apples, citrus, honey suckle, salted almond and hints of jasmine all taking shape in the glass. On the palate this is bright and vivid, with a wonderful combination of acidity and minerality. Flavors of orchard fruits, citrus and honey blossoms continue to linger through the finish. A lovely Aligoté to drink upon release.
