The 2022 Petit Chablis begins with aromatics of citrus, orange blossoms, crushed oyster shell and hints of jasmine all taking shape in the glass. The palate is nicely textured and framed by a lovey combination of minerality and bright acidity which provides lift and energy through the finish. This is drinking beautifully today..
