The 2022 Chablis offers a lovely aromatic profile of green apples, peach skin, lime zest and hints of dragon fruit, which are laced with crushed stones and oyster shell nuances. On the palate this is bright, and beautifully textured with a gorgeous saline character that runs through the mineral-laced finish. This is wonderful to approach early on, but should become even more compelling with a year of bottle age.
