The 2019 Memoir begins with inviting aromas of red currants, cassis and plums woven together with vanilla, warm spices, herbs, licorice, florals and gravel which all take shape nicely. This possesses a medium-full body with silky, polished tannins that frame the red fruit and spice flavors. It continues to impress with its velvety texture through the finish. A wonderful wine to approach early on, or cellar for a few years.
