The 2019 Chateau Bois Mondont 'Saint-Germain' opens with inviting aromas of plums and cherries which are woven together with tobacco, damp earth and toasted nuances. This medium-bodied red is nicely polished with a lovely touch of acidity at it core keeping it fresh as it heads into the finish. This should continue to drink well with some short-term cellaring.
