BANSHEE Rosé Sonoma County 2013

The 2013 Banshee Rosé is made from Pinot Noir, it opens with pretty aromas of freshly sliced strawberry and watermelon followed by lime zest and wet stones. This easy going Rosé is clean, fresh and extreamely pleasing to drink. The Rosé was made using about 50% Saignée and 50% direct to press methods. 90% of the wine was aged in stainless steel, while the remaing was aged in neutral white wine barrels.  March, 2014 (JD)
