The 2022 White Clay Semillon-Chenin Blanc starts with an incredible aromatic display of peach, lemon, honeysuckle, lychee, white flowers and wet stones. On the palate this is bright and crisp, with a nice textured mouthfeel while displaying excellent focus before it finishes up with a lovely touch of salinity.
