This Pouilly-Fuisse from Vincent Girardin is a beautiful white that opens with beautiful aromas of fresh sliced apples, tangerine, citrus, honey, and flower blossoms all developing beautifully in the glass. It demonstrates wonderful balance, with pure fruit, and gorgeous creamy texture, underlined by vibrant acidity on the finish. This is showing simply incredible upon release, and should continue to drink marvelously with some additional bottle age.
