The 2019 Chateau Graves de Pez Saint-Estephe begins with inviting aromas of ripe cherries and blackberries come together with spices, pipe tobacco, minerals and a hint of licorice. A classy Saint-Estephe with a medium body and lovely poise. Shows wonderful overall structure and balance through the finish as flavors of blackberries and spices linger on. Excellent now and should also evolve nicely over the course of the next few years.
