The 2021 Blanc from Chateau Tour de Rodet instantly opens to pretty aromatics of citrus fruits, lime zest, kiwi and gooseberries which are accented with lovely mineral nuances. On the palate this is clean and precise, with a nice combination of acidity and minerality that persists through the bright, energetic finish.
