The 2018 'Demoiselles de Bergeron' is a lovely showing in this vintage. It opens to aromas of ripe cherries, raspberries and even a touch of blueberry, which are woven together with florals, spices and hints of licorice. On the palate this is medium-plus bodied with nicely polished tannins and a juicy mouthful ripe fruits which bursts onto the finish. A lovely showing and excellent value which will be accessible early on.
