The 2019 Château Tour du Haut Moulin Haut-Medoc opens to aromas of cherries and plums which are joined by florals, spices, earth, herbs and minerals that all take shape in the glass. On the palate this is medium-bodied and displays an appealing fine-grained texture which is laced with flavors of dark cherries and spices that persist through the finish. A lovely wine to approach now or after a few years of bottle age.
