The 2018 Puligny-Montrachet slowly begins to evolve in the glass, relasing gorgeous aromas of yellow apple, Korean pear, white peaches, vanilla blossom, lemon meringue all underlined by stony minerals. On the palate this is bright, racy and beautifully textured, with an intense mineral driven core. It goes on to display wonderful precision, energy and vibrance all the way through the mouthwatering finish. Overall, this is a beautiful Puligny-Montrachet from Pierre-Yves in this vintage.
