The 2017 Chassagne-Montrachet Vieilles Vignes is an incredibly elegant wine, that is precise, focused and possesses a lovely combination of acidity and minerality. That said, it is one of the more underwhelming winesI've tasted from Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey. Displaying characteristics of lemon oil, stones, and hints of blossoms that persist through the wine.
