The Philippe de Valois Crémant de Loire Brut is composed of Chenin Blanc (70%), Chardonnay (20%), Cabernet Franc (10%). It begins to impress with its inviting aromatics of meyer lemon, fresh sliced apples and blossoms, which are joined by salty minerals and hints of brioche. On the palate this is crisp, with a wonderful elegant mouthfeel, yet displays outstanding depth as it ending with a gorgeous finish.
