The 'Cuvée Tradition' Rosé from Clos Cibonne is composed from 90% Tibouren and 10% Grenache, which was sourced from schist soils containing vines over 30 years-old. The wine is fermented in stainless steel prior to being aged on the lees under fleurette for one year in 100-year-old foudres. The result is a simply stunning Rosé, displaying a gorgeous dark pink color and incredible complex aromatics of peach, strawberries, lemon oil, orange peel, dried herbs and saline minerals which all come together beautifully. Bright, fresh and focused, this sensational mouth watering Rosé continues to deliver all the way through the precise, crisp finish.
