The 2019 Château Paradis 'La Grande Terre' is a lovely showing in this vintage. It opens to pretty aromatics of white peach, strawberries and orange zest underlined by some wet stone minerals. On the palate this is well balanced and remains fresh throughout. A lovely Rosé that should drink beautifully upon release.
