Crushed citrus, underripe green pear, mountain wildflowers, wet oyster shell, and lemony herbs pop from the glass. Displaying a light to medium lemon core with a silvery rim in the glass, the 2020 Premier Cru Les Vignes Longues impresses out of the gate. While the nose is a bit subdued to start, the palate brags with the decadent honey-coated pear and dried poultry herb flavors that hit the front and mid-palate.
