The 2021 Domaine Olivier Saint-Nicolas de Bourgueil 'Cuvée Domaine' is a lovely showing. Offering wonderful fresh aromas of red berries and plums, which are woven together with white pepper, black tea, dried tobacco leaf, wet stones and dried violets. The medium is well balanced and back by a racy core of acidity, which carries over onto the vibrant finish. Today, the wine is still youthful and will benefit from a few years of bottle age before it enters its prime.
