The 2021 Chateau D'Haurets Sauvignon Bordeaux Blanc is fresh and inviting, with a nice lovely of citrus, melon, gooseberry and minerals all taking shape in this vivid white. On the palate this is clean and bright with flavors of exotic tropical fruits and lime accents which burst onto the lively finish. Overall, this is a lovely Sauvignon, which will be ready to drink upon release.
