The 2022 'Les Silex' Sauvignon is an excellent showing in this vintage. It delivers inviting aromas of gooseberries, lime, citrus, dried herbs and crushed stones. On the palate the is clean, balanced and focused, with notable a lovely mouthfeel, that is backed by gorgeous combination acidity and minerality that persists through the finish.
