The 2021 Vignes Retrouvés Saint Mont opens to gorgeos aromas of stone fruits, honeysuckle, fresh tarragon and salty minerals which all take shape beautifully in the glass. On the palate this displays incredible balance and focus with a striking texture framed by lovely acidity that carries on through the finish, making this impossible to resist.
