The 2016 Domaine Reveirolles Châteauneuf-du-Pape 'Sélection' starts off with inviting aromas of raspberries and plums woven together spices, dried herbs and wet stones all taking shape beautifully in the glass. On the palate this possesses a medium body with silky tannins and lovely round texture. Balanced and focused, with flavors of raspberries, plums, spices and minerals continue to leave an impression through the finish. This is already showing plenty of appeal and should also offer a drinking window that spans at least a decade.
