The 2013 Domaine Notre Dame de Cousignac Chateauneuf-du-Pape delivers aromas and flavors of blackcherries and plum, follows by white pepper, garrigue and spices. Medium bodied, soft round tannins, nicely balanced ending with a fresh finish that shows nice length, leaving behind red berries and a touch of pepper. Has an refined character.
