This is a gorgeous Blanc de Noirs, elegant and focused with ripe apples and pears aling with minerals and hints of almond. On the palate this is beautifully textured and well-balanced and remains focused through the toasty, mineral driven finish. A fine showing which should continue to drink well over the next few years.
