The 'Blanc de Blancs' from Veuve Doussot is sensatioanl. It offers inviting aromatics of sliced apples, lemon, white florals, toast and crushed stones that all take shape in the glass. On the palate this is focused and precise, with a well-defined texture and outstanding overall balance. It goes on to display wonderful freshness and minerality that highlights the finish. Overall this is a fantastic Blanc de Blancs that can be approached now, or cellared for a few years.
