The 2017 Brut Rosé de Saignée is composed of equal parts Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. It begins with inviting aromas offers plenty of character. It beings with pretty aromas of wild strawberries, lemon and some granny smith apple woven together with chalky minerals and hints of toast. On the palate this is clean and focused, with a chalky mineral driven core which carries through into the dry finish.
