The 2015 offers gorgeous aromas of lemon oil, chalky minerals, white florals and toasted hazelnuts which all take shape in the glass. On the palate this shows wonderful balance and finesse with a fine mousse providing a beautiful sense of vibrancy as it heads into the crisp finish. This is drinking beautifully now, but should also hold up nicely with some bottle age.
