The The 2011 Champagne Extra Brut delivers inviting aromatics of fresh sliced apples and citrus, blossoms, which are joined by buttered almonds, salty minerals and toasty brioche. On the palate this is crisp, with a wonderful elegant mouthfeel, yet displays outstanding depth as it ending with a gorgeous linear finish. The 2011 is already showing incredibly well, however it also possesses the ability to continue to evolve over the next few years.
