The 2019 Brunello di Montalcino wine opens with inviting aromas of red cherries and plums that are joined together with spices, licorice, cedar and leather characteristics. On the palate this is medium-bodied and structured with a fine-grained tannins. If finishes long, with red fruits and spices lingering. Overall this is an excellent Brunello which is accessible now, but should also evolve nicely with some additional bottle age.
