The Parussi is the highlight of Bovio's 2018 releases. Dark cherries and ripe strawberries are followed by tar, floral, sweet spices, licorice, mint and fresh minerals to form the aromatics. This impresses with its beautiful polished texture and excellent structure, which is balanced by gorgeous acidity which provides a wonderful sense of freshness all the way to the end. Red fruits and sweet spices continue to leave an impression on the finish where they turn dry and linger with impressive length.
