The 2021 Etna Rosso shows an inviting aromatic profile of dark raspberries and strawberries which are joined by florals, spices and hints of earthy minerals. On the palate this is medium-bodied and display lovely finesse and elegance with wonderful bright fruit character framing the velvety finish. This is already showing excellent today, but allow it another year or two for it to hit its stride.
