The 2019 Viadante del Cielo is composed of Cabernet Sauvignon with a portion of Merlot. This red blend which begins with aromas of blackberries and dark cherries woven together with tobacco, savory herbs, mocha and sweet spices all soaring from the glass. This palate is medium to full-bodied with a beautifully polished texture that laced with ripe dark fruits, spices and mocha nuances that build up to the long finish. This is excellent now, but also has the potential to evolve beautifully with some cellaring.
