The 2018 'Jasmine' is simply delightful. Composed of 100% Zibibbo which was sourced from Borgo Guarini Estate in the Trapani countryside. It begins with fresh, clean aromatics of candied white peaches, tangerine, white florals and minerals that all come together and explode from the glass. On the palate this is fresh and inviting with a wonderful combination of ripe fruits that are underlined by a lovely stony mineral streak that continues through the finish. This is utterly delicious, this is nearly impossible to resist.
