This unique blend of 78% Chenin Blanc 13% Viogner and 9% Roussanne results in a pronounced nose of deep florals, sweet fruits - orange, peach and ruby red grapefruit-, and herbaceous grassy notes. Vegetal notes (spring greens and asparagus) take center stage on the palate with orange and florals appearing mid palate. Viscous with balancing acidity.
