The 2016 'Excellens' Crianza spent twelve months in new oak before bottling. The soft mouthfeel entices as blackberry cobbler, red currants, leather and shades of pipe tobacco are underlined by a lovely sense of minerality. This possesses a gorgoeus medium to full-body that finishes with notable length. Excellent today, but should also evolve over the next seven to ten years.
